GREEN ACRE EASY LIVING is uniquely qualified to serve the healthcare needs of our area residents. We are a level II Assisted Living Facility located in Rogers, AR. We have been serving the area since 1996. We are a Medicaid provider with a staff that includes RNs and CNAs. We also work with our other healthcare professionals to meet the healthcare needs of our residents.
