GREEN ACRE LODGE is uniquely qualified to serve the healthcare needs of our area residents. We are a level II Assisted Living Facility located in the foothills of the Ozarks in Holiday Island, Arkansas. And one location in Rogers, Arkansas. We have been serving the area since 1996. We are a Medicaid provider with staffing that includes RNs, LPNs and CNAs. We also work with our other healthcare professionals to meet the healthcare needs of our residents.
